Overview

BuildIn has successfully executed and delivered over 10 projects to Sanofi as a general contractor. Our scope of work included strengthening of elements of the existing structure in several buildings of the plant, using different methods and techniques, according to building nature and structural requirements:

With the beginning of 2016 was the restructuring of the company under the name BUILDIN CONTRACTING. Since 2016, BUILDIN is an integrated, multi-Discipline Civil Engineering and Architectural services provider.

• Carbon Fiber Strengthening of reinforced concrete beams
• Strengthening of reinforced concrete beams using heavy duty steel built-up sections
• Strengthening of 140 columns using steel jacketing method
• Concrete Jacketing of other columns
• Strengthening of reinforced concrete slabs of warehouse, semi-solid area, and other buildings using steel plates and beams

BuildIn's role also included construction works of a new steel structure for chillers, with sandwich panel roofing. Additionally, we also have successfully made several finishing items and external works for Sanofi, including:

• Supply and installation of raised floor for transformers rooms
• Installation of curtain wall façade for IA Building
• Façades clean and repair for all buildings, consuming over 7,000 m of paint coverage
• Epoxy and Granite flooring made in syrup production zone
