AYOO provide a fast, tracked delivery service (excluding Sunday and public holidays) to all EU countries.
As of 1st January 2021, parcels from the United Kingdom to Europe will be subject to customs and duty fees. AYOO include Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) on all orders. Therefore you will not be required to pay these duties before receiving your order.

All we ask is that you pay the return postage using a fully insured courier which covers for any unforeseeable loss or damage. AYOO will not be held liable otherwise. All returns should be unopened, unmodified and in their original condition.
All orders should be checked on delivery and any damage reported directly to AYOO within 1 working days, as AYOO cannot accept any damage claims submitted after this time.
Before returning any item, you must call our customer service department on Tel: +44 (0)161 637 6780 within the returns period, valid from the date of receipt, for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number and form. RMAs are valid for five days from date of issue. The completed RMA form must be included within the packaging and the RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Any faults or damage that is not documented on the AYOO RMA form that may have occurred due to goods in transit will not be covered by AYOO. In this case, an investigation will be raised with the delivery service.
We reserve the right to charge for any re-delivery or return to AYOO of orders that have not been successful due to incorrect contact information/address being supplied by the customer.
